Collabt is a marketplace where independent vendors manage their own shops. Each vendor is responsible for their products, customer service, and return/refund policy. As a platform, Collabt provides the space and tools — but sellers handle their own transactions and after-sales services.
🔄 Vendor Refund & Return Policies
Each shop on Collabt may have different refund and return policies, depending on the type of product, seller preferences, and circumstances.
When shopping, please:
Check the product listing and vendor’s shop policy before placing your order.
Contact the vendor directly via their shop page if you have any issues with your order.
🛠 Collabt Platform Support
We’re here to help facilitate fair and safe transactions for both buyers and sellers. If a vendor is unresponsive or you're unable to resolve an issue directly, please contact us through our support page.
We may step in to mediate a dispute under the following conditions:
You did not receive your item.
The item is significantly different from the listing description.
The vendor refuses a clearly stated refund despite being at fault.
📝 Note: Digital, custom, or personalized items may not be eligible for refunds unless stated by the seller.
✅ Buyer Refund Request Process
If you're eligible to request a refund and the vendor is unresponsive:
Contact the seller through their shop page.
Wait for a response within 3-5 business days.
If unresolved, email us at support@collabt.shop with:
Order ID
Vendor/shop name
Issue description
Any supporting photos or screenshots
We’ll review your case and do our best to assist.
🔁 Vendor Policy Requirements
To protect both buyers and sellers, all vendors on Collabt must:
Clearly state their refund and return policy on their shop page or listings.
Indicate which products are non-refundable (e.g. perishable, personalized, or digital goods).
Respond to customer inquiries within 3 business days.
Follow through with refunds for items not delivered or damaged, where applicable.
Collabt reserves the right to suspend or remove vendor accounts that fail to comply with basic refund practices or fail to respond to disputes.
ℹ️ Additional Notes
Collabt charges a commission fee per sale, which is non-refundable once the order is marked as completed.
Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the vendor agrees or is at fault.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method when applicable. Timing may vary depending on payment channels.
