Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Collabt (https://collabt.shop/), a multivendor online marketplace connecting vendors and customers. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
"Platform" refers to the website collabt.shop and all associated services.
"Vendor" refers to individuals or businesses registered to sell products on Collabt.
"Customer" refers to individuals purchasing products from the Platform.
"Commission Fee" refers to the platform's service charge on each order (9.2% + 15 PHP), which includes:
6% + 5 PHP retained by Collabt.
3.2% + 10 PHP paid to the payment gateway (Xendit).
2. Account Registration
Users can register as a Vendor or Customer.
Guest checkout is available for Customers.
Vendors must provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
As a Vendor, you agree to:
List only products that you have the right to sell and that comply with applicable laws.
Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and shipping information.
Fulfill orders promptly and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your products and business operations.
4. Commission Structure
A Commission Fee of 9.2% + 15 PHP is automatically applied to each order:
6% + 15 PHP is retained by Collabt.
3.2% + 10 PHP is paid to the payment gateway (Xendit).
These fees are deducted automatically upon order completion.
5. Payment and Withdrawals
Bi-weekly payouts are processed via GCash.
Each withdrawal incurs a fee of 2% + 10 PHP.
Vendors must maintain an active GCash account to receive funds.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Orders and Reverse Withdrawals
For COD orders, the Commission Fee is not deducted automatically.
Vendors must settle these fees via the Reverse Withdrawal tab when their fee balance exceeds 1,000 PHP.
A 5-day grace period is provided. Failure to settle will result in temporary store deactivation until cleared.
7. Shipping and Fulfillment
Vendors are responsible for setting up and managing their own shipping methods.
Collabt is not liable for delays or issues caused by vendor-selected couriers or logistics services.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between Vendors and Customers, both parties are encouraged to resolve the matter amicably.
Collabt may mediate disputes but is not liable for the outcome.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Collabt harmless from any claims arising from their products or services.
9. Termination and Suspension
Collabt reserves the right to suspend or terminate Vendor accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Vendors may request account deletion, provided all pending transactions and fees are settled.
10. Limitation of Liability
Collabt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Vendor for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bacolod City, Philippines.
12. Modifications
Collabt reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Significant changes will be communicated to Vendors via email or platform notifications.
