Vendor Account
Your Collabt. vendor account is your personal dashboard for managing your shop — from adding products and tracking orders to customizing your store and connecting with customers. Everything you need to build, grow, and sell in one place.
How do I create a vendor account?
Creating your account is simple:
- Sign up via the Collabt Now buttons or on the Account menu item
- Fill in your store details
- Add your GCash name and number for withdrawals (Required)
- Add your products and shipping options
You’re ready to start selling!
What can I do with a vendor account?
Once you create a vendor account, you’ll be able to:

🔄 Easily settle reverse withdrawal payments for COD commission fees
What is a reverse withdrawal?
Reverse withdrawal is a system used when customers pay cash on delivery (COD). Since the customer pays you (the vendor) directly, not through the online store, the commission owed to the admin (site owner) needs to be paid back by you.
This is done through the Reverse Withdrawal tab.
When do I need to pay reverse withdrawals?
A ₱1,000 threshold triggers the need to settle your reverse withdrawal
You have a 3-day grace period to complete payment
If unpaid, your vendor store will be temporarily disabled until cleared
Products
Easily upload and manage your products from your vendor dashboard. Add photos, descriptions, pricing, and categories to showcase your creations clearly and beautifully. Collabt. lets you list as many products as you want — with no listing fees.
How do I add a new product?
- Go to your Vendor Dashboard
- Click on “Products” in the left-hand menu
- Select “Add New Product”
- Fill in the product details:
- Product Name
- Price
- Short & Full Description
- Product Category
- Images
- Set your Inventory, Shipping details, and Product Type
- Click “Create Product” or “Save as Draft”
What are the image requirements for products?
Use high-quality, square images (at least 800×800 pixels recommended)
Upload at least one main image
You can add multiple gallery images to showcase different angles or variants
What product types can I create?
With Collabt, you can create:
Simple Products – One item, one price
Variable Products – Multiple variants like size, color, etc.
Downloadable Products – For digital goods (if enabled by the admin)
How do I set product stock or inventory?
In the Inventory tab:
Enable stock management if needed
Enter stock quantity
Set low stock thresholds
Choose whether to allow backorders
How do I add shipping info to a product?
In the Shipping tab under the product edit screen:
Add product weight and dimensions
Choose a shipping class (if applicable)
Shipping zones and rates are handled globally or by your own setup
Can I clone or duplicate a product?
Yes! To do this:
Go to your Products list
Click on the “Duplicate” link under the product you want to copy
Edit the new product and make changes as needed
What are product tags and categories for?
Categories help organize your products for customers to browse easily
Tags improve search visibility and group similar items together
Be sure to choose the most relevant category and add 3–5 useful tags.
Shipping
Vendors are responsible for setting their own shipping rates and fulfilling orders. You can choose your preferred couriers, delivery times, and areas you ship to — giving you full control over how your products reach your customers.
How do I set up shipping for my store?
As a vendor, you can create your own shipping setup directly from your vendor dashboard. You have full control over:
Shipping options
Flat-rate shipping fees
Delivery restrictions (e.g., zip codes)
COD payment methods (for Maxim and Grab)
What are the available shipping zones?
1️⃣ Domestic Shipping Zone
This applies when you want to ship outside your local city or province.
💼 You choose the courier (LBC, J&T, JRS, etc.)
📦 Flat-rate shipping fee — set your own rate for this zone
🔒 You can restrict deliveries by zip code if you don’t serve certain areas
🛠️ Ideal for sellers shipping via traditional couriers
2️⃣ City-Based Deliveries (Local Delivery & Meetups)
This zone is designed for same-city, quick deliveries, ideal for:
🤝 Meetups
🚕 GrabExpress
🛵 Maxim
🛍️ In-person hand-offs
💡 Key Notes:
Most city-based deliveries use Cash on Delivery (COD)
Make sure your Vendor Biography includes available payment options (e.g., GCash, bank transfer, cash) so buyers know how to pay
You can also offer COD for Maxim and Grab, just coordinate with your courier or buyer accordingly
Can I suggest new shipping zones?
Yes! We’re currently building and improving this feature.
If you have a specific shipping method or zone you’d like to see added (e.g., nationwide flat rate, provincial meetups, etc.), feel free to message our support team or submit your suggestion via your dashboard.
Vendor Fees & Payments
Collabt. offers a simple, transparent fee structure — no monthly or listing fees. For regular vendors, a small percentage is taken per sale to support platform operations. Payouts are sent directly to your chosen payment method on a regular schedule.
What fees do I pay when I make a sale?
When you make a sale on our marketplace, the following fees apply:
Platform Commission Fee – A 6% fee on the total sale price. This helps support our platform and services.
Transaction Fee (Payment Processing) – A 3.2% fee to cover payment processing.
📌 Total fees per item: 9.2% + 15php.
Example: How are the fees calculated?
Commission Fee: 9.2% + ₱15/item
Breakdown:
9.2% covers the platform fee (6%) and transaction fee (3.2%)
Plus ₱15 fixed fee per order
Let’s apply this to a ₱1,000 order.
Let’s say you sell a product for ₱1,000:
Commission Fee (9.2%): ₱92
Fixed Fee (₱15/item): ₱15
✅ Total Fees: ₱107
💰 You receive: ₱893
What are the withdrawal fees?
When you transfer your earnings to your GCash account:
2% of the withdrawal amount, plus
₱15 flat fee
When can I withdraw my earnings?
Withdrawals are processed bi-weekly or monthly – depending on your choice of schedule.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden charges—our fees are transparent:

Why do I pay a transaction fee?
We use Xendit to process payments securely via GCash, credit/debit cards, and online banking. The 3.2% + 10php transaction fee is passed directly to cover their charges—so you’re only paying for what’s necessary to complete secure payments.
Can I get lower fees as I grow?
Yes!
Everything is still on the early stage. We’re building a seller tier system with discounted commission rates for high-volume vendors. If you’re regularly earning ₱20,000+ per month, reach out to our support team to discuss your eligibility.
I am a non-profit Organization. What are my fees?
Collabt. takes no commission from sales made by nonprofit organizations or church fundraising vendors — 100% of your earnings go directly to your cause.
However, a standard payment gateway fee of 3.2% + 10php per transaction still applies. This fee is charged by the payment processor (not Collabt.) to handle secure transactions.
